By using the website, requesting a quote, or accepting a service proposal, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. If a written proposal or service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.
We offer janitorial, post-construction, multi-family apartment, and residential cleaning in the service areas shown on our website. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. The exact tasks, frequency, access requirements, schedule, and price will be stated in a quote, work order, or service agreement.
Quotes are based on the information available when prepared. Material changes in property condition, square footage, access, frequency, requested tasks, safety conditions, or deadline may require a revised quote. Extra work will not be added without client authorization, except when necessary to prevent immediate harm or comply with law.
Clients must provide safe and lawful access, disclose known hazards, secure valuables and sensitive information, identify restricted areas, provide accurate service details, and ensure utilities needed for cleaning are available. Children and pets must be kept safely away from active work areas.
Scheduling is subject to availability. Access instructions must be accurate and provided before the visit. Cancellation, rescheduling, lockout, or late-access terms will be stated in the applicable proposal or booking confirmation. If no separate policy is provided, contact us as early as possible so we can discuss options.
Construction cleaning may begin only when the site is safe and the relevant work areas are ready. Unless specifically included, we do not remove hazardous materials, heavy construction waste, biohazards, lead, asbestos, mold, sharps, or regulated waste. Delays or additional cleaning caused by active trades may require a change order.
The quote will identify whether Klean-It or the client provides supplies, consumables, or specialized equipment. We use reasonable care, but clients must disclose delicate, damaged, specialty, or manufacturer-restricted surfaces before service. We may decline methods that appear unsafe for a surface or person.
Prices, deposit requirements, invoicing schedule, accepted payment methods, late-payment terms, and taxes will be described in the applicable quote or agreement. Amounts are due as stated there.
Please report concerns promptly, with photos when useful, so we can review the issue. Any return visit, credit, or other remedy is determined under the applicable service agreement and the circumstances. We do not promise outcomes that are unsafe, impossible, or outside the agreed scope.
Website text, graphics, logos, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Klean-It and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use website content in a misleading way.
